Hard week last week with some huge upsets. But this week we go and make that back with interest.
Bath vs Harlequins 22/2/20 3:00ko
A wet and windy Rec on a cold saturday winter afternoon. This is what Bath rugby were built for. They are a strange old crowd and seem to enjoy the games more if the conditions are less than perfect. Quins will not enjoy the state of the pitch and the open blowey conditions. This game has Baths big pack all over it. Scrum, lineout, maul the opposition off the park. And with both Marler and Sincklair on international duty this weekend Quins loose a lot up front in the scrum. With Freddie Burns owning these conditions and the park, there is only one result.
Bath -4 handicap 10/11 most major bookies – WON
London Irish vs Gloucester 22/2/20 3:00ko
Well, what can we say. I wrote Irish off again last week. And once again they proved me wrong. They have a new lease of life knowing the will still be in the Premiership next season. It is allowing them to play with confidence and really force their game on teams. They were superb against Quins last week. Back at home this week they really could do the same against a Gloucester side who are really stuttering at the moment. They need to wake up and go back to what saw them winning well earlier in the season. If they allow Irish to bring the physicality to the game though i am not sure if they can compete with them
London Irish win 5/4 best price with Betfair, others shorter – WON
Play just the double this week for a winning weekend
