Merry Christmas to one and all, hope you were able to enjoy some sort of a day in all this madness. It is going to be very different Boxing Day to normal, but there is plenty on to box with live sport throughout the day and tomorrow, keep your families safe and we will be seeing you back in the stands or on the pitch again soon. Now onto the important stuff. With COVID affecting 2 matches again this weekend we have 4 games to look at and will advise my best bets for each match, check in tomorrow for Sunday’s game

Harlequins vs Bristol 26/12/20 14:00ko

Quins after looking good against other English sides have been seriously humbled the last 2 weeks against high class sides. Bristol have held their own, yes they had 50 put past them by Clermont, but they still scored plenty of tries that day, and then they put together a good plan to get a win in the west coast of Ireland last week which is a very hard place for anyone to go and get a result. Both of these teams love to Chuck the ball around the park, play the offloading game and whatever they see in front of them. I expect to see plenty of tries and one man in particular who is really thriving since his move to the West Country popping up and scoring plenty in Max Malins, so we play him in the try scorer market

Total match tries, over 5.5 4/5 with Will Hill (lost, 5 tries scored)

Anytime try scorer Max Malins 9/4 best price with Betfair and Paddy Power (lost)

To score 2 or more tries Max Malins 10/1 best price with Betfair (lost)

To score a hat trick Max Malins 70/1 best price with Betfair (lost)

Exeter vs Gloucester 26/12/20 15:00ko

What can we say about this Exeter side at the moment, they are just unstoppable, the enforced rest week last week will have done nothing more than freshen them up for an onslaught today. I seriously fear for Glos today, they already look fragile even after the unexpected win last week, today’s opposition are a different beast though, and the bookies could be made to pay with the handicap they have offered on this game

Exeter -20 points handicap 10/11 most major bookies MAX BET (lost)

Northampton vs Worcester 26/12/20 16:30ko

Two sides on losing runs and not enjoying the way things are going at the moment, but in each of Saints last three games there have been very strong signs that they are about to turn a corner. I am not going to say they should have beaten Leinster last week, but they gave them and scare and the previous two weeks they should have beaten Bristol and Bordeaux. They just need to get over that winning line and their confidence will explode, today is that day. They face a Worcester side in a similar position to them, but for me they are already at their full potential just to be where they are now, they haven’t a lot more to give.

Northampton -6 handicap 10/11 most major bookies WON

Northampton -12 handicap 7/4 most major bookies WON

enjoy the games and let’s have a monster winning day
