Morning all,

East Midlands derby day! One of the big fixtures you look for when they come out at the start of the season, always passion, always drama and some unforgettable matches. Make sure you are in front of the box at 3pm today, this is not one to be missed. We cover 3 matches today starting at the Rec.

Bath vs Wasps 30/10/21 15:00 ko

I am starting to lose words to describe this Bath side, on paper week on week they look superb, but can’t buy a win. This week there has been a lot of changes and they look very under strength against a Wasps side who on the other hand look superb. There can only be one winner out there today and I fear that the margin is going to be very wide for the home side. Something needs to change there and if the result today goes as I expect it to, that may come a lot sooner than expected.

London Irish vs Bristol 30/10/21 15:00 ko

A real chance for Irish to kick on today, the almost team for so long, picking up odd wins and being in games but not quite finishing sides off. Today they have that chance to really show what they are about and take another step forward. They have a brilliant playing squad now and led by so many key faces and voices around the park. A struggling Bristol side have it all to do. Not the same side we saw last season they just aren’t clicking at the moment and need some sort of spark to kickstart their season. I can’t see this coming today though.

Northampton vs Leicester 30/10/21 15:00 ko

The big one, in recent season there seems to have been one side in form and the other out, but for the 1st time in a long time they are both bang in form and have one loss this season between them. It is going to be a war out there today, you have 2 physical packs looking to get the upper hand, 2 world class 10s who will look to play the game in the right areas of the park, and 2 exciting backlines who will punish any opportunity given to them. I genuinely can’t wait. For me though Saints hold the upper hand. They have the players who just slot in where the England boys are missing and you hardly notice a change. Where Leicester will really miss Genge up front, Youngs at 9 and Steward has been a rock for them at the back. This really may be the difference today.

Northampton to win 10/11 best price with Skybet, others shorter (2 point win)

singles as suggested, but also 1 point doubles and treble today guys. Enjoy and good luck
