Winning Weekend last week getting all three results right for some doubles and a good treble. Let’s see if we can go back to back

I’m staying away from the Friday night games this week. In one game we have 2 sides who don’t seem interested in winning at the moment. In the other we have 2 of the most inconsistent sides of the season. So onto Saturday,  we won’t touch the Saints Worcester game this week, two sides in cracking form and I think that may be the most unpredictable game of the week.

Gloucester vs Newcastle 4/5/19 15:00KO

Surely there is only one winner here. With Newcastle now down they have nothing left to play for, and I should think a few of these players will already have one eye on next season and who they might actually be playing for. Gloucester on the other hand slipped up against and in form side fighting for survival last week. I think there will be  a big show for the Shed on Saturday being the last home game of a very successful season. This could be a rout

Gloucester -13 handicap 10/11 all major bookies – Result: (lost)

Saracens vs Exeter 4/5/19 15:00KO

Both sides seem to be resting a few players this weekend. But Saracens with nothing to play for this week and a huge European cup final next weekend are resting virtually their entire 1st 15. Playing the handicap to get 6 points advantage is a no brainer. For what should be one of the most anticipated games of the season is a dead rubber and unfortunately we won’t get the war we hoped for.

Exeter +6 handicap 10/11 all major bookies – Result: (lost)

Bath vs Wasps 5/5/19 15:00KO

One side still realistically in the fight for a semi final position, but both of them still fighting hard for a top 6 finish to get into next years Champions Cup. Looking at the two sides named, I have to side with Bath. Home advantage at the Rec, a very strong back line and some real influential players in the pack trumps the visitors. Wasps do welcome back Launchbury, but do miss out on a lot of experience and playmakers in their back line, with Daly, Gopperth and Sopoanga all missing out this week. They could struggle to contain this Bath firepower

Bath -7 handicap 10/11 all major bookies – Result: (WON)

good luck this week, I have a great feeling about these games and we should have back to back winning weeks

play the doubles and trebles to smash the bookies again
