We are here, and what a final it promises to be. Friday night we have the 3rd/4th playoff, we will not be playing for the outcome in this game. The one match nobody wants to play in. So anything could happen and i doubt peoples commitment will really be at 100%. On saturday morning though, things will be different. There is one bet though that does look interesting to me. With a weakened Wales team, Beauden Barrett could run free all game.

3rd / 4th Place Playoff:
Beauden Barratt to score 2 or more tries 5/1 betfred, others shorter (Lost, he scored 1 try)

The Final:

Lets just look back, to start, we have 2 pre tournament bets looking very strong with SA in the final (advised at 9/2), we also have Handre Pollard as top poonts scorer, now 6/4 (advised at 5/1). Hopefully there was plenty of you play before the semi final and snapped up the 9/2 advised about England. If so you are in a very good position to sit back and enjoy the final. We will advise one bet though.

England vs South Africa 2/11/19 9:00am GMT

I am officially going back on my pre tournament selection. I have never seen a performance like the one England put in last weekend. If they get to 80% of that against SA this weekend then they will be very difficult to beat. I get this feeling that Eddie Jones has got his team in a perfect headspace, and their bodies primed the perfect time. They have peaked.

SA need a huge performance, they laboured past a very spirited Welsh team last weekend and would have to be a lot better than that if they are going to get they hands on the Webb Ellis cup. I’m just not sure if they have that more expansive game that they will need to beat England in the locker.

I honestly believe England are going to have too much fire power across the park for them

England -5 handicap EVS (most major bookies) (lost)
