Great result this morning with South Africa doing the job over the Italians. All of the advised shorter price bets coming in, and Kolbe coming very close to bagging us a hattrick which would have been a spanking result. Roll onto this weekend and I have a few selections for you. Play them however you are comfortable and lets keep the winners coming.

I actually forgot to bet the Yellow Card myself, and with Italy being given a Red Card I can only assume bookies paid out.
Any advice from members on that front would be appreciated.

England vs Argentina 5/10/19 9:00BST

I would love to get involved with the England game tomorrow morning but think the handicapper has this about right. England should win and do it with authority. But to be giving the Puma’s a 15 point head start is risky. so we will leave the game alone. If you did want a bet, then the anytime tryscorer market is worth a look for some interest. And a player bang in form and at a decent price has to be George Ford

Anytime tryscorer George Ford 5/1 (betfair, others shorter) – WON

Japan vs Samoa 5/10/19 11:30 am BST

A really interesting game in store here. If Japan can get to the same sort of level they reached against the Irish then this is a good win for them, but that was inspired. I would love to see them continue with that form, it would see them into the quarters and in with a sniff of a semi. But was it a one off? Samoa will be no pushover and after their own poor display against Scotland they will want a big response. It is a big handicap swing so we will play on the side of Samoa getting a big head start

Samoa +19 handicap 11/10 (betfair/PP, others shorter) – lost, -19 handciap result was a draw

France vs Tonga 6/10/19 8:45am BST

Banker of the weekend. Brunel has taken no chances with selection, a very powerful pack and a devastating back line lead by the young maestro Ntamack. This will be the performance that confirms France make the quarter finals before they have to play England. Tonga have be underwhelming with the odd flash from the likes of Veianu. But the French will have way too much for them and I can see this being a very one sided and filling the French with confidence before the hopeful table topping game against England

France -26 handicap 10/11 (most major bookies) – lost

enjoy a great World Cup weekend and hopefully win some money
